The V-30 94A is the next step in compressor development, replacing the existing V-27 YSi-B, and incorporates a technologically advanced, high-efficiency, 5-Axis machined billet impeller and high-diffusion housing developed in our SAE-J1723-compliant supercharger test cell.
The V-30 Series combines the advanced technology and race-proven performance and is designed for vehicles with highly modified engines and extreme CFM/boost demands. All units feature our exclusive D-port volute for improved efficiently and require the use of a Vortech Racing Bypass Valve or larger to meet discharge flow demands. Another revolutonary feature of the V-30 series is the new Nano-Tolerance Technology (NTT) that allows Vortech to minimize clearances inside the supercharger, without raising the chances of internal component compromise. This further raises the efficiency of what were already the most efficient superchargers available to new, unprecedented levels. What this means to you is less heat, lower IATs, and even more power at the same boost level.
The V-30 Superchargers also benefit from the Diverging Diffusion Technology (DDT) impeller/volute performance system with engine specific tunability. All V-30 series superchargers share a 4.21:1 internal step-up ratio and are engine oil lubricated or an auxiliary system can be fabricated. The heavy duty (H/D) configuration includes high speed, ceramic hybrid ball bearings, ideal for race applications, and is compatible with cog pulley/Gilmer style drive setups.
The V-30 Enhanced Air Inlet System is designed to work directly in conjuction with gear-drives and other front-facing mounting configurations to allow the V-30 Superchargers increased air induction capacity for each compressor.
